• Bachelor’s Degree or Master in Computer Science/ Information Technology
A minimum of five years of experience developing solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite
Must have experience in at least two full life cycle Oracle implementation
• Responsible for Level 2 Production Support assessment and resolution
• Responsible for Production Support framework for Incidents and resolution based metrics
• Work closely with Leads to provide Level 2 support and prevention of future incidents
