Job Description:

Job profile: Scrum Master

Location : Sentral KL


Manages and coordinates business and technical projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementation

Job-specific accountabilities

Managing projects in Agile Scrum Methodology CSM is preferred

Experience in Scaled Agile is a plus Facilitates Scrum planning

Effective involvement in Release Planning Meeting Assists Sprint execution and tracking

Good knowledge on usage of tool like TFS to capture and report agile metrics

Ensure collaboration within and across teams

Facilitates sprint completion demo

Drive continuous improvement Runs team meetings, enforces agile behavior

Remove impediments; protects the team from outside influence

Manage risk Attends integration (scrum of scrum) meetings

Knowledge & skills

Ability to think strategically, assess alternatives for short and long term impacts and act decisively

Effective communication with experience in cross cultural work environment

Knowledge of sprint planning and sprint tracking

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Some knowledge of technology platforms and environments

Good understanding of business functions and issues

Constantly learns from both success and failure

Minimum experience

Post-secondary education or high school diploma and equivalent business experience

Some experience using a defined project management and/or SDLC methodology preferred
