Job Description
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor Degree, any field. 
  • Required language(s): Mandarin & English (fluent spoken English will be an added advantage)
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position. 
  • Fresh graduates from ( E-commerce/ mass communication or any field) who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply -- Full Training Provided 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara
  • Applicants must be willing to work from rotational shift and off day
Responsibilities:
  • To handle all inbound calls pertaining to seller support (Example: Posting, editing, and billing information and othe enquiries)
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customers services & accurate information.
  • To be able to provide information related to seller's convenient
  • Answer inbound call from mandarin customers, booking, after sales and seller feedback, as well as reply email.
