In summary, you will be providing Operational support for global platforms and components. You will be driving scripting and Infra as a code development to achieve highest levels of automation and use of APIs, enabling continuous integration and delivery. You will also need to apply DevOps principles and practices to optimize operational activities. Lastly, you are will be required to ensure procedures, processes, and documentation are following regulatory guidelines and organizational standards.
To qualify an individual must possess: • A Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science • Around 5 years’ experience in system administration • Strong experience in scripting and automation and APIs development and integration • Good experience in Infrastructure as a Code solution • Good knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
