• Assist to plan and conduct feasibility studies and functional analysis of business requirements. • Direct and coordinates with various team on systems impacts and timelines including testing and implementation. • Ensure software changes control is in place and documentation is maintained accurately. • Implement IT solution with efficient and effective design and conduct comprehensive testing. • Coordinate and provide use and system support during and post implementation. • Document technical specification and user manuals for IT solution. • Participate in Projects. • Assist to manage business owners’ and users’ expectations. • Assist to evaluate alternative system solutions / functionalities and make appropriate • recommendations to superiors. • Resolve IT Helpdesk log within the standard timeline. • Assist in other related duties and responsibilities as may be delegated.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Tertiary qualifications preferably computer-related disciplines. • Minimum 2 Years working experience in development. • Project and Vendor Management is an advantage. • Insurance exposure is an advantage. • Business Application Development Techniques
