Job Description
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE · Business-facing IT experience in a global environment, preferably with a degree in an IT-related discipline · Relevant Business Analyst qualifications e.g. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis, Six Sigma · Ability to interpret the business IT and functional strategies, understand the Group operating model, and the implications actions in one area have on other functions · HR IT background with strong Success Factor Employee Central & Compensation module knowledge/ experience. · Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors at all level. · Extensive and substantial practical experience in contributing to and interpreting business process management and business metrics · Understanding and practical application of project management and System Software Development lifecycle methodologies i.e. PRINCE2, Agile etc

Skills, Team Size and Reporting etc.) CORE RELATIONSHIPS · Enterprise Architects – understand overall enterprise architecture and collaborate to ensure conformance of to the architecture · Solution Architects - collaborate on the selection and development of solutions · Solution Delivery – collaborate to ensure solutions meet the business requirements · Project Managers – contribute to project plans and ensure deliverables are produced to time, cost & quality · Planning – support the development of IDT plans and budgets · Business Partners and Business Unit IDT managers – collaborate on the provision of professional BA services in line with agreed priorities of the business · Business units (regions) / Global Business Functions - work closely to develop business requirements and oversee implementation of solutions · IDT functional managers / Project Managers / Business reps – collaborate in the execution of planning and analysis services and delivery of required outputs · IDT Services Manager – Collaborate to ensure the support of BAU activity are running smooth and most cost effective · 3rd Party Vendors – non-commercial supplier relationships focussed on operational / project activities · Global Process Leads – collaborate in process and solution integration. · GBS HR Ops Managers – work closely to support efficiency driven initiatives. · GBS HR Admin – work closely on solution implementation · Reward COE – support the Reward functional agenda in line to Global HR strategy
