This role will help Maybank discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, and help us make smarter decisions by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to support decision making and automation with the primary focus on customer personalization to deliver the most relevant offers to our customers while reducing churn and attrition via Maybank’s digital channels.
Exploit data in an effort to promote growth and business development via deep data mining analysis
Leverage state-of-the-art data mining tools including AI/ML and analytical methodologies to drive improved decisions
Develop and implement various types of predictive models, optimization algorithm’s, and data mining analyses with a targeted result of increasing revenue & transactions
Perform R&D on new innovative analytic techniques & platforms
Summarize and present analyses to Maybank Senior Executives, Business Leads and Marketers
Experience in extending and customizing open source algorithms to fit the business needs
Must be highly versed in machine learning
Must have a track record of aligning activities with business strategies and measuring impact on business results
Work experiences must demonstrate an ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal business & marketing clients
Strong presentation and communication skills
Exceptional standards for quality and strong attention to detail
Degree (Masters or Bachelors) in an analytical or technical field (e.g. applied mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, operations research, business, economics) is a plus
5+ years in data analytics
Experience using most of the following: SAS, R, Hive, Python, Scala (preferred)

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
