Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
  • Providing generalist HR advices to employees & BU heads.
  • Support colleagues and the business on key HR strategies such as performance management, talent management and career development;
  • Participate in and execute HR projects locally;
  • Partner with Regional HR team in executing HR initiatives locally.
  • Act as HR advisor to provide recommendation and HR solution to colleages
  • Responsible for data administration and benefits management


Secondary Responsibilities

Payroll Administration:
  • Ensure and responsible for full spectrum of Payroll (payout, statutory requirement and compliance to the local labor requirement)


Recruitment:
  • Responsible for recruitment sourcing for qualified and suitably candidate.
  • Assist in recruitment/manpower strategy to develop a talent pool.


Human Resources Management System
  • Work with Regional team HR system integration, i.e Workday


Requirement
  • Min. Degree in Business Admin/Human Resources Management.
  • Min 5 years working experience in HR Service delivering.
  • Ability to work with all levels of colleagues, including senior stakeholders.
  • Strong client focus with a passion for delivering added value.
  • Team oriented.
  • Strong organisation skills and work disciplines, ability to complete tasks within required time frames and respond effectively under pressure.
  • Results driven and take accountability for results.
  • Well versed with statutory requirement is an added advantage.
