About the role Senior Manager, Commercial Finance, provides strategic partnership to finance and business management teams by designing and implementing initiatives to optimize business processes in order to deliver valuable market/ business intelligence on our commercial and development portfolio. You will assess and mitigate company risks in new and existing deals, and to inform and educate stakeholders on such risks, and will develop pricing for new and existing clients, recommend and finalize commercial terms and agreements, and implement guidelines and processes What will you do? Identify key financial and sales trends to drive growth:
Partner with business/project management teams to drive growth in market share by identifying opportunities
Partner with Group Commercial Operations to understand sales performance and trends, build & revise targets and strategy as needed
Develop & implement forecast modeling with insightful business intelligence to help identify opportunities and gaps within the organization
Management of division senior commercial financial analyst providing development plans and mentoring as needed Liaise with a cross-functional team to enhance and drive adoption of 18-month rolling forecast
Develop value based commercial models aimed at driving customer deal closures
Work cross-functionally on annual development and ongoing analysis of 5 year strategic plan
Support critical recurring and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to drive the business
Analyze internal / external information using data manipulation, correlation and statistical analysis
Analyze actual sales performance as compared to sales targets for volume and market share, and impact to division portfolio Support regular internal & external business review cadence vs. key performance indicators and drivers
Summarize financial performance and translate complex financial concepts into simple and logical presentations for internal/ external audiences
Participate in and oversee pricing and modeling around new or revised deals Serve as critical finance resource in negotiation of agreements as needed
Drive cross functional activities enhancing revenue and margin generation by partnering with operations, legal and business management teams to deliver innovative solutions to meet customer requirements
Process Development and Improvement
Provide leadership to deal processes including ongoing maintenance, communication and training of financial models, processes and guidelines.
Assist in designing initiatives that change upstream and downstream business processes to deliver better data to the finance department and visibility to leaders on contract profitability, forecast accuracy and achievability
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese, English At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
