Reviewing and drafting contracts, advising possible risk exposure in the contracts including negotiating terms for the benefits of SEB.
Reviewing, advising and drafting legal documents, including banking related documentation, joint venture agreements, services agreement, non-disclosure agreement, MOU and tenancy agreement for the various business units within the SEB Group.
Advising on contract administration procedures and general contractual matters.
Undertaking various corporate exercises for the Group.
Undertaking legal research and providing legal opinions to the various Business Units within the Group.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
Liaising with external counsel, attend meetings and negotiations and provide advice on legal implications.
To support and assist the Department on various undertakings.
To provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in the department.
Conduct various legal and ad hoc projects as and when require
Knowledge in banking, corporate and conveyance matters.
Exhibiting sound practical judgment.
Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
