The hub in KL employs more than 7,000 employees for its Malaysian operations. Currently, there is a need to hire a senior manager within the cybersecurity team.
In summary, reporting to the head of the business unit, you will be responsible for managing & driving the 24x7 Cyber threat response operations. Furthermore, you will be accountable for developing, maintaining and continuously improve the Security event monitoring & Cybersecurity incident response processes and playbooks. Lastly, you will need to ensure compliance with SLA, process adherence, and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives.
To qualify, candidates must possess: • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field • More than 5 years’ experience in Cyber Security • Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity monitoring and response programs • Good leadership skills • Related certification such as CISSP would be an added advantage • Excellent communication skills

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
