Bring in IOT solutions that can deepen customer engagement, satisfaction, and profitability through the use of digital channels. Drive the ambition to position the client as the undisputed leader in digital IOT agriculture space, IOT manufacturing and IOT supply chain and to enable delivery of highly personalized, real-time experiences that customers increasingly expect
Works as a team member alongside the Product Leads, User Experience Leads, and other supporting team members to deliver a complete IOT solution

Define and execute our digital IOT product and solutions roadmap. This role will work closely with a cross-disciplinary team, including technology, business team, marketing and country teams with a goal to drive digital adoption
Continually drive products towards a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility
Own the execution of IOT solutions and ensure that the solution works per the agreed architecture, SLAs, KPIs and business model
Identifying and defining business and operational KPIs that would help the client to achieve IOT goals and objectives
Recommending tools and platforms that would help implement the defined use cases
Evaluate vendor IOT digital platform, architectures and propose the right solution that best fits the client’s business requirements
Responsible to drive the IOT strategy across hardware and software components – practically end to end responsibility
Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of experience working in technology domain – specific +4 years focus on digital IOT domain working across hardware, software and end to end IOT software stack
Strong knowledge and exposure in IOT platform integration with backend SAP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Experience in security by design of platforms preferred
Technically proficient in common cloud service-oriented platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google, others) highly desirable
Technical as well as business understanding in software architecture trade-offs
Outstanding collaboration, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills in English a must
