Developing, spearheading and owning investor attraction strategy/activities with the specified region (China)
Lead generations, prospecting, presenting, designing marketing programs, form strategic alliances from negotiation to closure of a trading deal
Cross Team Work - Work closely with the internal teams to leverage upon internal resources as well as government agencies to understand investor’s business plan as well as facililate pre and post related investment related activities.
Partnership Management- Work closely with strategic partners, i.e. PWC or Deloitte in connecting and maintaining relationships with key contacts in the Asian Market
Candidate should possess at least a Degree/Master's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English
Interested candidates must be able to speak and write in Mandarin as this role will be handling the China market
At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): business development, account management, sales, negotiation, economics, Business Intelligence, investment.
Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
The candidate should have the ability in "Solution/Consultative Selling".
Knowledge or exposure to the Asia markets such as China is an added advantage.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
