Job description: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT • Oversee business development activities • Build and manage sales pipeline • Proactively cultivate and grow key accounts/clients • Identify leads and meet with prospective clients to pitch for new projects • Assist in proposal development and pursuit management • Conduct marketing initiatives e.g. seminars, workshops to promote our services • Develop subject matter expertise and contribute to thought leadership of the firm PROJECT DELIVERY • Manage client relationship with senior stakeholders • Lead a team of consultants to deliver client projects in the areas of enterprise risk management, data protection, business process improvement, internal controls and corporate governance • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in these areas to be able to advice clients • Communicate closely with senior management and client personnel • Review project deliverables to ensure that they are of highest standard in terms of quality and value to client. Ensure the project objectives are met in accordance with clients’ satisfaction TEAM LEADERSHIP • Support the achievements of team’s KPI in terms of financial and performance targets • Manage a team of 6-7 members • Coach and develop team members • Guide the team in project management and building knowledge • Allocate and optimize resources to ensure adequate staffing for the delivery of the projects, while managing the workload of the team
Qualifications and Skills: EDUCATION • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university from relevant fields such as accounting, business administration or information systems. • Added advantage if you have a Master’s degree EXPERIENCE • 10 years of relevant working experience in Big Four or Consulting Firms • Proven track record of meeting S$1million yearly revenue and delivering client projects • Deep understanding of corporate governance, enterprise risk management, data privacy and protection, process improvements and internal controls • Experienced in leading a team SKILLS • Outstanding ability to engage client senior management/stakeholder during pursuits/delivery or to identify requirements • Excellent written and communication skills • Strong leadership traits and client service attitude • Ability to think creatively • Willingness to learn new services

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
