● Assist customers over phone while providing a delightful customer experience. ● Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements. ● Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data. ● Take action on process transactions and handle the same with proper research. ● Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets. ● Adhere to process norms and structure.
*These incumbent/candidate who joins us will be supporting markets that would include the countries where Vietnamese languages are spoken.
Qualification: • Minimum qualification – A bachelor’s Degree required in any discipline • 1 to 3 years of work experience for Senior Process Executive • Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
