Job Description
• Performs service quality monitoring of CSOs through LiveChat, emails and phone calls

• Responsible for creating audit programs to review various processes in CS Team to ensure quality

standards are being followed. The officer coordinates with CS Leaders to discuss service quality


• Documents service quality trends and performance measures for review and provides

recommendations for improvement.

• Test new versions/updates of products or services alongside with QA Team Leader

• Has a full understanding of company products, services and processes.

• Formulate periodic reports (weekly monthly) to QA

• Perform other duties assigned
