Description: Position Description : The principal role of these positions is to promote & secure sales of the fertilizer product range within defined geographic areas. This position will have a strong emphasis on maximizing sales into cash crop segments. Job Function :
Assist Sales Manager to achieve the cash crop sales objectives for the business unit and overall company KPIs.
Provide regular reports on the market, competitors and customers for business intelligence purposes.
Develop successful sales for the complete companys portfolio in the assigned region/customers.
Provide supporting trials, agronomic advice, farmer talks and sales promotional activities and transform them into value selling propositions.
Develop customers profile for better understanding of the buying behaviour with the objective of transforming the opportunities into a successful business.
Develop and maintain a good relationship with the customers, with a strong motivation to pursue new opportunities in the range of products.
Work as a team with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the business process.
Work closely with agronomist(s) to provide farmer centric solutions to the cash crop/plantation sectors.
Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture or a related discipline are preferred.
Minimum of two years sales experience in the cash crop/plantation is preferred.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
