    Bringing in new logos
    You will be required to implement aggressive growth plans in the identified territory. You primary focus will be on new business.You will be required to understand, appreciate and conform to global sales processes that ensure achievement of critical performance metrics like revenue and gross margin.You will always keep the client at the center of everything and ensure timely attention to any CSAT issues. 

    Candidate Requirements :
    7-8 years of relevant work experience
    • Singaporean / PR
    • Female Professionals are preferred for the purpose of diversity 
    • Understands consulting and banking service
    • Ability to maintain senior level client relationships
    • Exposure to Total outsourcing, Staff Augmentation, Transformation & digital services selling
    • Capability to identify areas of opportunities involving the right teams to create innovative solutions
    • Minimum sales experience of 6 years in the above areas
    • Sales talent with account management experience who thrive in a high growth, high pressure environment
    • Ability to forecast based on quota and deliver based on forecast
    • Proven and successful track record in delivering monthly forecasts
    • Knowledge of commercial processes
    • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
