Our Client Our client is the market leader who is currently expanding into Asia to replicate their success in a new market.
The Role This organization is looking for motivated Senior Software Developers to join the team. The candidates should have a strong proficiency in .NET C#/C.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for software deliverables including, but not limited to, user interfaces, algorithms, data management, visualization, security
Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET C#/C code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the backend systems
Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
Provide coaching and training to more junior team members based in KL
To qualify, candidates must possess:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Working experience in programming language (.NET C#/C), database (MS-SQL and NoSQL)
Strong understanding of SOAP based technologies
Strong knowledge of web-service related technologies such as XML, Ajax, JSON, RESTful web-services
Experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment
Fluent in English (Verbally and Written)

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
