  Job Description
  A service delivery manager's role focuses on keeping clients satisfied with the company's services through managing projects, fixing any reliability issues, tracking service level, managing client expectation and helping lead the professionals responsible for getting services delivered to clients. IT Infrastructure service delivery manager's assist in troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring that service agreements get met and assisting alternative uptime services.

Data Center Operation

Helpdesk and Onsite Support

AIX / Unix/Middleware Operation Support

Windows Server Operation Support

Database Operation Support

Network Services Support

Service delivery managers focus on maintaining good relationships with clients and improving the company's services to keep them satisfied. In an IT Infrastructure Operation, will need to have both technical and administrative roles where it help resolve technical problems, manage team performance, track finances and control the quality of service delivery. The high level of interaction with clients, employees and management along with the variety of skills required make being a service delivery manager a fit if on outgoing problem solver with customer service and management experience.

Analyzing Escalation level problems for all systems (according to the service agreements), resolving or routing to next level support as appropriate

Manage request between Infrastructure and the Application Management Processes for support activity.

Performs a variety of tasks or processes following established procedures or practices within client organization

"6 - 8 Years experience in IT Infrastructure Services operation services with outsourcing / manager services operation.
People Management experience across services tower, skill managing technical operations.
Extensive in Vendor manage support services
Technical knowledge of support of managed Services platform and process
In-depth understanding IT Industry and standard for IT Service Management ( ITIL or equivalent framework)
Good command in English"
