Job Description

Service Desk Engineer


  • Degree/Diploma in computer science or equivalent.

  • At least 1+ year call agent experience within IT area with ticketing tools and telephony systems.

  • Demonstrable customer care orientation.

  • General understanding of IT Service Management.

  • Must be computer literate particularly in Word and Excel processing and the use of internet applications;

  • Knowledge in general IT infrastructure and systems.

  • Better to have 100% of the Call Center team certified in at least a basic certification in PC Operating System and software or Security perimeter.

  • Strong customer oriented mindset, communication skills, and proactive attitude are mandatory.
  • Japanese speaking to support Japanese users.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
