Job description:

1-Train the new hiring & the existing batches on product and process

2-Handling theoretical and practical training

3-Conduct hands on session

4-Conduct mock calls and call monitoring.

5-Grooming the trainees to be well disciplined and responsive in the job

6-Maintaining a systematic documents in all the prospective of new joiners

7-Getting them into certification as per the client requirement on the live inbound calls

8-Sharing the timely observation to the clients and getting the operations involved in the training.

9-Should have strong knowledge on troubling shooting, service desk etc
