Presently, we are seeking a skillful Service Engineer with 2 years’ work experience in the area of Sales & Services. The role will be based in Puchong, Selangor.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Handle after sales service support activities, grow and achieve service target.
Attend to breakdown and provide technical support mainly on chillers, upgrading or replacement works.
Meet customers to solve problems and prepare technical reports.
Perform forecasting of spare parts and repair works.
Assist in job coordination between the spearhead team members.
Support all EH&S related activities and comply with all EH&S policies, rules and regulations.
Handle daily manpower schedule
Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the air-conditioning business or other related industries.
Good interpersonal & communications skills.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
