  • Technical Support to customers
  • Taking care of all documentation needed
  • Overview/Supervise Preventive Maintenance
  • Report and Document Warranty issues
  • Report and Document faults on the cranes
  • Investigating/Analyze problems
  • Liaising with Project Manager and Project Engineers
  • Deliver project within given time frame
  • Hands on work when required
  • Ensuring Safe Working Conditions
  • Training Operative and Maintenance Staff as needed
  • Travel within Malaysia and abroad for projects and training
  • Handle parts deliveries to work site as needed
  • Keeping up to date with new technology by being proactive (reading manuals/contact with experts)
  • Active communication with customers (regular meetings etc)
  • Other duties assigned by Superior
