Job Description


  • Manage a diverse team of planners in the daily execution of their roles
  • Collaborate and deliver high quality long and short term forecasts to various teams in a timely and effective manner
  • Balance workloads and drive daily execution to hit customer service & inventory targets
  • Assist in detailed problem-solving/ trouble-shooting when needed
  • Help develop improved planning processes & lead new systems enhancements when required
  • Help drive all new collaboration efforts with internal and external customers
  • Drive improvements in system-generated forecasts through effective modeling and demand planning best practices
  • Effectively manage service operation team
  • Deliver thoughtful, risk-balanced, and thorough end of life plans to ensure continuity of supply for all active service programs
  • Challenge/ validate demand signal creation to optimize overall accuracy/usability of the demand signal for a multitude of stakeholders.

Qualification & Requirement
  • Excellent knowledge of Supply/Demand planning and supply chain management.
  • Experience working as a supply planner/ buyer.
  • Experience in Hi-tech Service Supply Chain or reverse logistics supply chain planning a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and excellent MS Excel skills.
  • SAP/Oracle experience a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing procurement a plus
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Ability for multi-tasking in dynamic fast-pace environment
  • Sense of priority, ownership and urgency to meet deadlines from different resources
  • Focus on details and accuracy
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities
  • B.S. degree in related fields (manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, operations) plus 5-7 years of related experience, or advanced degree plus 3-5 years of related experience.
