Social Media Listening, Analyst

Kuala Lumpur

To support the expansion of the Social Media Listening function as part of the wider strategy to grow Non Survey Data.

KEY OUTCOMES

 Design query strings to pull brand conversations

 Process and visualize data for reporting and analysis purposes

 Conduct desk research to understand brands and categories

 Project management duties for major projects

CAPABILITIES

 Strong critical thinking skills – able to identify patterns and trends, able to collapse big data into easy to understand visual formats

 Strong understanding of social media and digital landscape, Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is a bonus, Detail-oriented and meticulous

 Able to follow detailed processes and Ways of Working, Inquisitive in nature – able to spot potential SWOTs in big data and investigate them, Able to understand briefs well

 Willing to work under pressure and tight datelines, can prioritise tasks efficiently and appropriately.

 Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written)
