Job Responsibilities:• To answer all customer inquiries from Online Social Media platforms (eg. FB, Twitter)• To manage company website & presence on social media platforms including actively marketing the company’s products • To manage stock control & post items to customers upon confirmed sales • Assist on any market research, analysis & administrative work for the company & it’s directors Job Requirements:• Understanding of social media advertisement optimisation and/or previous sales experience is advantageous• Ideally based or within commuting distance to Seremban• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, i.e.: Word, Excel• Required Languages(s): English, Bahasa MalaysiaPay & Hours:• Contract basis at RM20/hour + travel expenses. • An average of 10-20 hours/week is anticipated for at least 3 months• Time tracking to be undertaken via the Harvest app.
