Senior/Software Engineer (Programmer)
The principal job function of the Senior/Software Engineer is to develop telecom/IT-related software applications to Telogic's worldwide customer base. He/She needs to be proficient in C/C++ or Java. It requiring exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Design, Develop application-related projects or products.
Test production of the entire team within the company and with customers.
Bug fixes in the project or the company's products.
Prepare for the installation, documentation and maintenance of products developed.
May have to travel to get to work on client sites (Local / Overseas).
Requirements for this position
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Required language(s): English, Chinese
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Programming language: C/C++, Java, etc.
Programming involves Multi-Threading, Socket Programming and Data structure series.
Programming experience with Database (e.g.: MYSQL, Oracle)
Programming experience with UNIX / LINUX environment
Have experience with Versioning and revision control Software (e.g.: SVN/GIT) is a plus
Have experience with Android and iOS Mobile App development is a plus
Have experience with Google Cloud Platform development is a plus
Preferably Staff/Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Can work alone or work as a team
Able to read/write/speak English.
Design and implement new and existing software applications and products as prioritized

Collaborate with customer support to resolve elevated issues and/or inquiries effectively and efficiently and increase installed base satisfaction as an integral part of the overall offer development process

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
