Job Description
Solution Architect – Messaging and Collaboration
  • Experienced in aligning and deploying Messaging and Collaboration Solutions to most demanding and complex enterprise customers
  • Experienced in managing entire project lifecycle, including managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Be technical lead, engage with pre-sales and delivery, and customers and partners
  • Act as point of contact for senior stakeholders and point of escalation for any issues and risks
  • Working closely with management and engineering team to identify any complexity and improvement opportunities
  • Responsible to identify blockers and opportunities, reduce complexity, and standardize custom solutions into simplified solutions
  • Be effective in fostering executive level relationships
  • Able to translate business scenarios into solutions
  • Resourceful, confident under pressure, skillful in crisis management and expectation management
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of the service, take ownership for service improvement


Experience
  • Deep technical knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Enterprise Mobility Suite, Networking Solutions
  • Experience with connecting complex Active Directory environments to Azure Active Directory
  • Experience in managing hybrid environment, On-Prem Exchange and Exchange Online, On-Prem SharePoint and SharePoint Online
  • Strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across customers, senior executives and across organizational boundaries
  • Must have the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment
  • Ability to build a strong relationship with customers and become a trusted advisor
  • Experience giving presentations to executive audiences and explaining the benefits of the platform over competitors
  • A minimum of at least 5 years defining and implementing solutions to enterprise customers with complex IT environments of which 3 years with Office 365
