1 The incumbent is responsible in particular network and security Infrastructure solution development.
2 To establish the requirements study and assessments with clients, to identify their business process improvement needed and technical requirements and recommend the suitable technical solutions to support the business goal, at a competitive price
3 Major areas of job focus will be on pre-sales technical solution, especially for submitting proposals and tenders.
4 The incumbent is also expected to keep abreast of rapid Technology and IT industry changes and development.
5 Leading in designing, architecting, and recommending the best suit solution based on the customers’ requirement financially and technically, that result in customers’ buying decision.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Conduct requirement study and assessment with customers to identify solution requirement, specifically on network and security solution.
2 Produce the solution requirement proposal and present the proposed solution to the customers.
3 Conduct solution briefing for the accepted proposed solution to the assigned project manager and strategize the implementation plan.
4 Responsible in preparing customer technical proposal from the conceptual to pre-implementation stage.
5 Consult the acquisition/sales team in meeting the customers for understanding of their requirement.
6 Responsible to support acquisition / sales team relating to required services such as proposal, tender response and costing.
7 Liaise with various technology vendors to ensure that the proposed solutions are workable and at competitive price.
8 Negotiate the pricing quoted by IT Vendors.
9 Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest information Technology enhancement and development, specifically on network and security solution.
10 Maintain continuous improvement and enhancements to the related products and services, to increase its efficiency and quality.
11 Research and Product development activities in search of new technology or solution that can be introduced as part of HeiTech’s product/service offerings or as part of solution for customer.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
1 Bachelor Degree in ICT, Telecommunications, Engineering or any relevant degree.
2 Good English written and communication skills.
3 Previous working experience in similar position is preferred, but not necessary.
4 3 - 4 years in related field.
5 Candidate with CCNA or any security certification would be an added advantage.
