The primary purpose of the pre-sales consultant is to demonstrate the value of company’s products to prospect customers and construct the most appealing (technical) offer.
The pre-sales consultant supports the sales team during the sales cycle, aspiring to maximize value perceived and consequent sale price. The pre-sales consultant directly supports a quota and is compensated accordingly.
Analyze customer requirements by communicating with the sales team and learning the customer’s system
Tailor technical presentations to prove the benefit of company products to prospect customers
Design, develop and deliver high quality Proof of Concept solutions that customers understand, add value to the opportunity, and ensure our solutions are deliverable in the customers' environments
Increase the value of opportunities by looking for customer pain points' and selling benefits of the solution through product knowledge
Develop and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations to audiences including around document and transactional processing to improve customer efficiency
A strong knowledge and experience of ERPs (Dynamics AX/365 a plus)
Consultative selling approach

Previous experience in a presales is a plus

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
