Full-stack role — responsible for front and back end development and DevOps Maintain apps/websites or develop new apps on an existing stack Design database schemas that represent and support business processes Maintain and develop new REST APIs for third-party web services Employ SQL queries to update/patch/export data Hand-code email newsletters in HTML or via platforms such as Pardot or MailChimp Setup and build email campaigns on platforms such as Marketo or Pardot Convert UI/UX wireframes or designs into responsive, intuitive web pages Troubleshoot bugs and problems on websites or apps DevOps duties include setting up and deploying web servers on the cloud e.g. Digital Ocean and applying updates as required Optimize apps by applying caching, queueing, lazy loading and other best practices Conduct QA and unit testing

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
