Job Description
Our client, one of the biggest BPO Companies in the Philippines and internationally is looking Bilingual Spanish Transaction Processing Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • To manage LATAM & Spanish meetings
  • Back-up of other Spanish speaking resource from PTP &RTR 
  • Responsibility for activities assigned by the Supervisor 
  • Process A/R Cash Apps, Billings, Adjustments, and Write offs 
  • Provides required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed 
  • Provide customers with information as requested
  • Generate repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments 
  • Provide regular status report to the management of all issues received, pending, and resolved issues. 
  • Successfully handles most non-routine issues, escalates to management on a timely manner, issues that cannot be resolved. 
  • Requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities and is able to meet published deadlines for activities.
  • Ensures all work is performed in accordance with targets and LWIs. 
  • Accurate, efficient and organized within daily responsibilities. 
  • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills. 
  • Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team. 
  • Escalates production issues to his/her team lead as appropriate. 
  • Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to. 
  • Perform special projects as assigned by Team Leader or Manager 
  • Complies with all Company requirements on Operational Excellence, ISMS, BCM, required trainings and other statutory requirements that may deem necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Amenable to work in Boni, Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working on a night shift
