1. Develop, implement and expand the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Go-tomarket strategies for the vertical’s business solutions in the company;
2. Collaborate with multiple departments to formulate the Go-to-Market Strategies & solutions for TM’s BFSI customers;
3. Responsible for researching industry information to develop and strengthen our value proposition;
4. Serve as BFSI Subject Matter Expert (SME) and be the coach to elevate the sales team (AM & SC) on industry knowledge & to enhance the industry conversation skill in positioning the company’s unique value proposition;
5. Address questions from the sales team related to any industry latest trends and market landscape;
6. Support the vertical sales lead in Implementation and breakthrough more business opportunities;
7. Support sales team by putting together solutions that will support BFSI customers’ business & digital initiatives;
8. Responsible for local industry solutions and ecosystem construction.
9. Oversee the design and architecture done by Solution Consultant & Product Specialist on our offerings to ensure it is meeting or exceeding customer expectation
1. Proficient in more than one ICT product or application solutions. Added advantage will be Digital experience.
2. Over 5 years of experience working in a Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) organization, preferably banks;
3. Fluent business English skill;
1. Possess strong BFSI industry knowledge coupled with technical of ICT/Digital/applications
2. Understand requirements and solutions design skill;
