Job Description

We are representing our Client Company who is a distributor and retailer for an international luxury brand. Curently they are looking for potential candidates to fill the Store Manager position at their Kuala Lumpur store.

Job Responsibilities
  • Meet store sales target and ensure all team members achieve individual sales target through effective selling techniques
  • Ensure all team members contribute to after-sales service 
  • Perform daily checks/identification of potential service failures & the necessary solutions
  • Ensure timely follow up for customers repair cases
  • Incharge of roster planning, shift covers and OT where required
  • Handle daily inspection of store maintenance, operational requirements, check on stock card accuracy and reporting
  • Manage stock inventories, visual merchandising and store housekeeping
  • Ensure overall store operations are carried out effectively and efficiently
  • Providing feedbacks and ideas to Sales & Operation Manager where required

Job Requirements
  • At least Diploma in any field
  • Must have excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager
  • Willing to learn
  • Preferably those who have experience working in Luxury Brands stores
  • Immediate availability to join will be an added advantage
