The Role
The Support Consultant will provide on-site and phone support to customers on application and technical issues. He/She is required to document activities on support call logging and escalate bug issues to development team for timely delivery. Conducting test checks is an essential part of the job to ensure all deliveries are up to standard. Occasionally, the incumbent has to meet clients for progress updates and relationship management.

The Successful Applicant
Experienced in basic SQL database and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exposure to Linux/Unix environment and Oracle (preferable).
Knowledge in local backend office operations.
Good reporting skills.
