5+ years of working experience as TechnicalAnalyst supporting Customer onboarding for critical applications preferably in banking domain. Experience in Commercial, Transaction banking, Payments, Collections and System development life cycle is a must. Experience in working in team developing and delivering innovative applications of cutting-edge technology, should be highly organized, results-driven individual with leadership experience, and a proven ability to deliver world-class products.
Must have following
• Perform various customer support tasks such as requirements on-boarding, document generation, user setup, and tool administration
• Planning and execution of application releases and enhancements for architecture, quality assurance and requirements software
• Maintenance of system requirements
• Maintain System documentation
• schedule, plan and host meetings
Should possess Technical knowledge, Business awareness, Service awareness, Investigation and diagnostic skills and Support tool knowledge.Should have involved inall phases of SDLC, should be familiar with SDLC methodologies like Agile, Waterfall , Iterative etc, hands-on experience in technologies like J2EE, XML, Oracle, UML, API, Connect Direct, SFTP,Unix,MQ series, Informatica Power Centre,Data Exchange(DX) Data Transformation (DT), AS400, RPG, COBOLandgood knowledge in SWIFT and ISO 2002 standard message formats. Experience in managing, delivering and supporting Host to Host channels (file transfer) with product knowledge and expertise on Axway products like Edge, Secured Transport. Knowledge and experience on encryption methods like PGP, SFLIFT, MD5, Axway Activator and other widely used industry encryption methods will be an added advantage.
Must possess excellent communication, analytical skills; ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously; confidence to work with and instruct Technical partners and other stake holders.
