Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support, assistance, and/or advice for end user pertaining
  • Oversee, track and/or update assigned support incidents and/or requests.
  • Manage daily technical support activities on PCs, laptop, printers, network and server equipment.
  • Deploy PCs / laptop based on given SOP.
  • Provide training for end users on usage of list of standard application in end user environment.
  • Develop and/or manage effective professional working relationship with third party vendor, co-workers and/or end users.
  • Adhere to end user corporate policies, SOP, manuals and directives.
  • Plan and extend support for systems software and hardware.
  • Interact with end user on reported issue and the resolution.
  • Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated issues.


Requirement
  • Must have: Basic PC troubleshooting skill
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Good communication skill, team player, resourceful and problem-solving skill.
  • Fresh graduates or with one year working experience are welcomed to apply
