Skills Needed:

Looking for Min 2+years of experience in Recruitment. Should be Good in Sourcing, Screening and validating profiles.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Good command of verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Negotiation skills.
Good in Relationship management with the consultants.
Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills and maintaining the database.
Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
