Job Description
Your key responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be based in our Talent Hub located in Mckinley, Taguig City. You will be responsible for attracting top talents for EY. You will be researching on and engaging with candidates for roles in either the North America or EMEIA region. You will be in charge of talent and market mapping to help managers and business leaders make sound hiring decisions. You will work closely with Executive Recruiters and Coordinators to deliver a gold standard candidate experience and promote EY as the employer of choice. You will need to keep yourself up to date on new sourcing tools and technologies to further improve the capability of the function. You may be assigned to participate in projects and other duties as the need arises.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience in a search firm or in a talent acquisition team from a company sourcing for executive level candidates
  • Ability to confidently do direct approach including cold calls.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in using sourcing tools including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, Dice.
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment
