Job Description
Attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You'll screen candidates, interview them, run background checks.

1. Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers, websites and magazines

using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.

2. Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work 

3. Using candidate databases to match the right person to the relevant vacancy.
receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client

4. Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

5. Organise interviews for candidates with the hiring manager

6. Inform the candidates about the results of their interviews 

7 .Negotiate pay and salary rates as well as benchmark salaries with other similar and different industries

8. Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment process.

Attract, train, and keep the best employees.  Focus on designing and implement programs for performance management, leadership development, employee assessment, and succession planning. Talent development executives work closely with the organization’s leaders and human resources department to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across an entire company.
