• Looking at ways to improve Quality of transactions & efficiency.

• Ensuring compliance to monitoring and feedback process by meeting audit target.

• Call monitoring & variance reporting.

• Providing the complaints findings to the client in a timely manner.

• Timely feedback to QAs.

• Career development & T&A of QAs.

• Assisting the Quality Manager/Quality owner in meeting the contractual requirements.
