Global Fin-Tech Organisation Seeks Technical Lead (Java)
Our client is a global fin-tech leader that competes with the likes of Amazon.
This organization is looking for motivated Technical Lead (Java) to join the team. The candidates should have a strong proficiency in Java, Hibernate, Spring Framework as well as Maven.
Key responsibilities include:
Plan and provide leadership, guidance, motivation and mentoring to the technical team
Strongly involved in entire life-cycle and participate in agile scrum delivery process, working closely with stakeholders and developers
Drive adoption of Agile DevOps framework like Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, etc. to improve the quality and reliability of team’s deliverable
Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the backend systems
Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
To qualify, candidates must possess:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Advanced Java development knowledge in Core and Web Java, Spring Framework, Jersey, JPA, JUnit, Tomcat, Eclipse
Strong knowledge of web-service related technologies such as XML, Ajax, JSON, RESTFul web-services
Strong application database knowledge in RDBMS, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL
Experience in continuous integration/delivery build environment using SVN/GIT, Jenkins, Ant/Maven, Coverage and Static/Dynamic Analysis tools.
Experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment
Fluent in English (Verbally and Written)

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
