We are looking for technical recruitment consultant specialised in IT recruitment, who will be involved in 360 roles, including sales, account management, and recruitment
Familiar in generating new businesses from new clients as well as existing clients using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking
Responsible for maintaining a long-term relationship with clients by regularly visit the clients and maximizing sales opportunities within them through professional services.
Research into clients' company, competitors, and market place Prepare for the agreement, and involve in discussion and negotiation on the agreement with the clients up to closing the business deals.
Receive job orders from clients, understanding the requirements by clarifying the job descriptions and qualifications details to the clients.
Prepare and advertise jobs to appropriate job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels
Track and identify prospective candidates using variety of channels Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
Determines candidate qualifications by conducting confidential interview with the prospective candidates, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements and present shortlisted candidates together with detailed profile summaries.
Schedule interviews with the clients and proper follow-ups until they complete all the rounds of interview.
Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's transition and on boarding process.
Work Location will be Cyberjaya.
