Position: IT Recruiter
Experience : 1- 5 years
This is a recruitment position focusing on Client development and placement management in Information Technology domain.
Your role include identify opportunities and proactively growing your personal portfolio, heavily involved in business development and placement completion, management of all process from lead to closure.
Source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions.
Write job descriptions, Match applicants to job openings, Source for future job openings.
List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
Call applicants and perform phone screens, Participate in final selection of applicant.
Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.
Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits.
Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools.
- To qualify for this role, you have strong recruitment background (min 2 - 5 years experience)in your specific knowledge focusing inBanking/Technology/FI/Insurance/Manufacturing/Healthcare industry.
- Strong interest in embarking on a people-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal, written skills, you are very confident to interact with people from a wide variety of cultural and professional backgrounds.
