  Job Description: 

Position: Technical Support Consultant

Location: Cyberjaya

1. Able to work 12hrs Shift include weekends , working odd hours - flexible with schedule & willing to work when required.

2. Able to work during festive season 

3. At least 1 year experience in Contact Centre (If Diploma holders) or degree holder with Basic IT knowledge/experience

4. Have good communication skills, can speak fluently and clear tone

5. Good command of English (both Spoken & Written) 

6. Is able to handle basic IT troubleshooting , example IE and Printer

7. Good attendance & Punctuality

8. Team Oriented & Team player
