Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals ensuring optimal workstation performance. 
  • Keep systems up-to-date through operating systems upgrades. 
  • Monitor networking equipment and servers. 
  • Assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing support of new software and features. 
  • Monitor web performance, network availability, and security. 
  • Oversee troubleshooting for system errors. 
  • Provide help desk support for network users 
  • Provide technical support 
  • Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc. 
  • Evaluate connectivity issues, equipment, and software. 
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software, etc. 
  • Set up equipment for new users. 
  • Instruct users in use of equipment, software and manuals. 
  • Install, test, and monitor servers, firewalls, and new software. 
  • Perform data backups.
Job Requirements:
  • Atleast 1 year of related experience 
  • Have Microsoft product background 
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server 
  • must be willing to do an onsite 8x5 and Standby 24x7 position
