Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for products and solutions to clients via different support channel (phone, email, chat and online tools) during assigned working hours. 
  • Communicating effectively between clients and technical teams. 
  • Investigate and evaluate the problems and possible solutions to clients. 
  • Taking part in documentations and knowledgebase write up for the systems and solutions. 
Requirements:
  • Possess good communications manner and service-oriented attitude. 
  • Fluent in English (both writing and communicate) 
  • Knowing simple JavaScript, HTML and .NET skill. 
  • Simple SQL scripting skill.
