Job Requirements Experience in a customer facing role, preferably in a customer support function or a contact center – managing calls and emails, in a fast-paced service/retail industry, is an added advantage. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Passionate about customer service. - Enjoy interacting with people, communicate well, and have the desire to improve the experience of our customers. - MUST possess a good command of Mandarin. - Prior experience in the online gaming industry would be an advantage. - Problem-solving, negotiation, and building trustful relationships. - Must be self-motivated, calm, empathetic, and customer focused. - Must be able to work in shift and Public Holiday

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
