Job Description
Job Scope: Telesales Executive
  • Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about the clients' products and services.
  • Maintain between 400 and 600 existing customers by telephone within the Direct Sales Segment.
  • Be responsible for the revenue retention and development for this portfolio of accounts through the sales tactics of Up-Selling and Cross Selling related services and products and for new business development by opening new accounts.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree and above
  • At least 2-3 years related working experience (Telesales, Telemarketing, Sales)
  • Excellent English and Malay communication skill
  • Strong-will and result-oriented
  • Excellent in negotiation and convincing skills
  • Design-thinking growth-hacking skill

  • Salary: RM 3, 500 - RM 5, 200
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday
  • Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Training is provided
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
